The Reunion Island is a place of wonderous diversity. The purity of the nature, the depths of greens and the charming and openminded people that live there make this destination one of the best ones I have ever been to. What struck me is the fact that there are a lot of different religions and cultures living together in harmony. This island gave me a deep sense of peace.
At the Reunion Island you have Mafate, Cilaos, the volcano and so much more that will take you away to another world. Hiking through Mafate, where there is a complete lack of cars and technology gives you a sense of freedom.
