Meeting with the kangaroos
Northwest of Melbourne you will find the Grampians National Park, the largest national park in Victoria with pristine bushland, raging waterfalls, rugged mountain landscapes, interesting sandstone formations and forest areas with numerous wildlife. Especially in Halls Gap, kangaroos can be observed grazing and lounging in the park at dusk at close range.

Asia's largest collection of wild elephants
If you would like to see numerous elephants up close, visit the Minneriya National Park in Sri Lanka. Between 300 and 500 elephants come together at the reservoir in the dry season in search of water. See how the majestic animals wander over the green grass, look for food in the beautiful surroundings and gather the young animals to play.

Land iguanas of Galapagos
Although Plaza Sur is one of the smaller islands of the Galapagos, it is certainly one of the most versatile. The colors and contrasts that are offered to the visitor here are incomparable. The sesuvium plants form a colored carpet on the island and the land iguanas are lounging in the shade of the large cacti. There are so many on the island that you are guaranteed to encounter some.
