Val-Jalbert takes you back to the 1920s
The "ghost village" of Val-Jalbert in the Quebec region was founded in 1901 as a place of residence for the workers of a wood pulp production and takes you back to its former heyday of the 1920s. Experience life in the 20s in a real industrial city with about forty original buildings from that time, which stands still here and against the wonderful backdrop of the waterfall.

Higher than the Niagara Falls
Near Québec, explore the Montmorency Falls, which plunges over a rock face 83 meters into the St. Lawrence River and is therefore about 30 meters higher than Niagara Falls. It can be reached on foot via a staircase in the rock wall or by cable car. Especially the suspension bridge, which connects both banks of the river, promises a wonderful view into the depths here.

Byward Market Ottawa
Founded in 1826, the ByWard Market in Ottawa is one of the oldest and largest public markets in Canada and definitely worth a visit. On an area of about four blocks you will find museums, cafés, grocery stores, boutiques, galleries, restaurants, pubs and much more. And in the summer there is also a local farmers' market with over 260 stalls.
